- Q:How to remove and install cylinder heads on V6 engine on 1998 Lexus ES300?Posted by Waleed E.A:Remove the air intake plenum, exhaust manifold(s), alternator, timing belt, camshaft sprockets, as well as the upper idler pulley when replacing the cylinder head.
