MATS in the color you want

I have been looking for mats for my SC430 in Camel, all dealers telling me only in BLACK !!! Well you guys showed them ! you can still get them in the correct color the vehicle came with is GREAT !!!!!!!

Ordering experience and price were acceptable. The person who packed the items should be spoken with as the packaging was very poor!

I have photos if you need them but all of the brake pads and bolts had come out of their box and were loose in the shipping box, the corner of which was cracked open. I'm not sure if anything is actually missing but I will find out and inform you accordingly when I take the items to my mechanic next week for installation. After purchasing my NX300 at the end of the lease I have been using my trusty mechanic to handle all of the routine service rather than paying through the nose for service at my Lexus dealer. I was happy to find what appeared to be a place where I could buy genuine Lexus parts at a reasonable price but you definitely need to improve your packaging process!

Sooo slow to ship

Within seconds of placing my order, you send me an email and asked me to write your webpage. After waiting on my parts and waiting on a reply to my inquiry about my parts I find my parts will not ship for over a half a month or better after my order date. If Amazon can get me a package within 48 hours of ordering, how come you all take three weeks Just to ship my parts?

Everything went down without a hitch, but on a mobile phone it’s a bit hard to get to the right part. You’re expected to search for parts by category and if you don’t know what the category is, it’s hard.

So, repeat customer, just this order was not to my expectations. 1. S&H was more than it should've been especially for "ground" services. Ive ordered similiar products via air with cheaper or equal S&H costs. And waited 4 weeks for, terrible option given versus last order. 2. Part no. 90105-10545 doesn't match description, recieved a flange for a bumper screw rather than a flanged bolt for the engine mount bracket. Will shop again but probably check my other options before committing to a 4 week time frame to recieve product.
