What I love the best about the site is that it shows real front and back photos on the replacement part and more importantly with descriptions of the part features. Unlike all other Lexus dealer sites which only shows poorly drawn graphs on the part without any detailed functionality description. MATS in the color you want

I have been looking for mats for my SC430 in Camel, all dealers telling me only in BLACK !!! Well you guys showed them ! you can still get them in the correct color the vehicle came with is GREAT !!!!!!!

Ordering experience and price were acceptable. The person who packed the items should be spoken with as the packaging was very poor!

I have photos if you need them but all of the brake pads and bolts had come out of their box and were loose in the shipping box, the corner of which was cracked open. I'm not sure if anything is actually missing but I will find out and inform you accordingly when I take the items to my mechanic next week for installation. After purchasing my NX300 at the end of the lease I have been using my trusty mechanic to handle all of the routine service rather than paying through the nose for service at my Lexus dealer. I was happy to find what appeared to be a place where I could buy genuine Lexus parts at a reasonable price but you definitely need to improve your packaging process!
