To remove the steering column covers, start by setting up the tilt steering column to its lowest position if applicable, and then remove the steering wheel. Proceed to remove the screws securing the covers, and then separate the halves to gain access. Remove the upper and lower steering column covers. Installation is the reverse of removal.
