How to service the rear heater assembly blower motor on Lexus RX330?

Take the cable off the negative terminal of the battery. You can find the blower unit beneath the dash under the glove box. Remove the right lower dash panel, if equipped. You must first remove the retaining screws of the blower unit and pull it down out of its housing to replace it. Before installing the new motor, grab the fan fan with pliers and remove the holding clip. Push the fan straight off the motor shaft.
