To remove the instrument panel, begin by disconnecting the negative and positive battery cables. Proceed to remove the dashboard trim panels and the center floor console, followed by the instrument cluster and glove box. Disconnect and remove the passenger's side airbag if present. Take out the audio unit and the air conditioning control panel from the center of the dashboard. Remove the driver's knee bolster and reinforcement panel, and detach the bolts securing the steering column before lowering it away from the instrument panel. Prior to disconnecting various electrical connectors, consider marking them with masking tape and a marking pen. Remove all fasteners including bolts, screws, and nuts that secure the instrument panel to the body. Once all fasteners are removed, lift the panel and pull it away from the windshield, then extract it through the driver's door opening. For installation, follow the reverse steps of the removal procedure.

Once the instrument cluster bezel is removed, carefully take out the cluster mounting screws. These screws secure the instrument cluster in place.
