How do I remove the door latch, door lock cylinder and handle on Lexus ES350?

To remove the door latch, start by raising the window and removing the door trim panel and watershield. Through the large access hole, disengage the rod to the outside handle and lock cylinder. Remove the plastic clips attaching the door lock rod. Then, remove the screws securing the latch to the door and disconnect the electrical connector. Pull the latch back and remove it through the door opening with the two cables from the inside door handle still attached. To remove the door lock cylinder, raise the window and remove the door trim panel and watershield. Remove the access plug at the rear of the door and loosen the TORX screw through the access hole. Remove the lock cylinder cover and the door lock key cylinder as a unit. Disengage the lock cover clips and separate the cover from the lock cylinder. To remove the outside handle, slide the exterior handle rearward and out. To remove the outside handle assembly, remove the handle assembly exterior mounting screw from the outside of the door. From inside the door, disconnect the electrical connector, remove the mounting screw, and disconnect the lock rod clip. Disengage the door handle assembly mounting clips and remove the handle assembly from the vehicle.
