How to remove and install a window regulator on Lexus ES350?

At front, take off the door trim panel and the plastic watershield off. Take off the fasteners on the door speaker and then disconnected the electrical connector as well. Remove the window glass. Pull the electrical connector from the window regulator motor terminal. Work the temporary locking bolt to the loose position without pulling it out.
