To work on RX330 models from 2004 onward, remove the cable attached to the negative battery terminal. Turn the knob that holds the Automatic Transmission Shift Levers and rotate it in the opposite direction to pull it out. Start by removing the four clips. Then lift the console panel up from its place above the Automatic Transmission Shift Levers. Pull off the two clips from below the radio panel, then take out the entire panel piece from there. Take off the side trim panels around the front door and the scuff plates beside each side of your car open doors. Remove the center console trim panel. Remove the glove compartment door assembly. Remove the floor carpet and the lower trim panel. Pull the shift cable off from where it meets the Automatic Transmission Shift Levers at the console. Disconnect the Automatic Transmission Shift Levers electrical connectors. Free the Automatic Transmission Shift Levers from the console by removing all its bolt connections.
