How to remove and install a bumper cover on Lexus RX330?

Apply the parking brake, raise the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands. Working below the vehicle, remove the lower splash shields. Remove the inner fender splash shields, secured by bolts, screws and plastic clips. On 2010 and later Lexus models, remove the right and left side engine covers by pulling the panels straight up to disengage the retainers. Remove the radiator support panel fasteners and remove the panel from the edge of the grille and the radiator support. Remove fasteners along the top edge of the grille. Detach the fasteners securing the sides and bottom of the bumper cover. Pull the cover outward slightly and disconnect the connectors from the fog lights, cornering lights or parking assist system, if equipped. Remove the cover from the vehicle. Installation is the reverse of removal. Make sure the tabs on the back of the bumper cover fit into the corresponding clips on the body before attaching the bolts and screws. An assistant would be helpful at this point. Working in the rear wheelwell, detach the plastic clips and the upper bolt securing the edge of the bumper cover. Remove the luggage compartment shield fasteners and shield from under the vehicle, if equipped, then detach the fasteners securing the bottom edge of the bumper cover. Open the liftgate, then on Lexus models, pry out the rear taillight housing fastener cover panel. Remove the fasteners securing the inside edge of the bumper cover. Pull the bumper cover out and away from the vehicle. Installation is the reverse of removal.
