For Highlander models, remove the radiator grill, while for Lexus models, the front bumper needs to be taken off. On Highlander models, either remove the radiator support structure or the radiator upper mounts. Disconnect the inlet and outlet fittings, capping the open fittings immediately to prevent moisture and dirt from entering the system. For 2013 and earlier models, remove the mounting fasteners, push the radiator back toward the engine, and then push the condenser rearwards until it is free of the radiator support and can be pulled up and out of the vehicle.
