Lexus 88460-06061 Cooler Condenser Assembly

You must discharge the refrigerant followed by removing the radiator upper mounts and receiver/drier to take out the condenser of a Lexus ES300. Shut off inlet and outlet fittings when you disconnect them to stop moist air from entering the system. First reverse the radiator then push the engine towards you while pushing the condenser back until the radiator support releases. You can then take out the entire unit from the car. Begin by adding the condenser and mounting brackets along with bolts and make sure rubber cushions rest correctly against the mounting points. Reinstall all parts in the opposite sequence while fitting new O-rings to the refrigerant lines before attachment. Complete the service by evacuating and charging the system while searching for leaks.
