    Remove the cluster mounting screws and pull the instrument cluster towards the steering wheel. Note that on 2014 and later Highlander models, the cluster is secured by two screws at the top and two clips at the bottom. The bottom of the cluster must be pulled out first to disengage the clips after removing the screws.
