Lexus 16041-31480 Radiator Assembly No.2

Pour the coolant into a container, wash out and inspect the reservoir for cracks and chafing, and replace it if damaged.

1. On 2008 and later models, remove the radiator grille. 2. Remove the hood latch cover and hood latch, and disconnect the Hood Courtesy Switch if equipped. 3. Remove the radiator support cover and radiator support assembly, if equipped. 4. Detach the upper and lower radiator hoses and the coolant reservoir hose. 5. On 2008 and later V6 models, remove the battery. 6. On 2008 and later models, remove the engine oil cooler lines. 7. Disconnect the transaxle cooler lines and place a drip pan underneath. 8. On 2008 and later models, remove the condenser mounting bolts and position the condenser away from the radiator.
