How to remove the blower motor on the Lexus ES300?

To remove the blower unit, disconnect the negative cable from the battery and find the blower unit in the glove compartment above the right front footwell. Next, remove the glove compartment door and the right lower dash panel to access the blower unit. To remove the Blower Motor, unscrew the blower unit retaining screws and lower the unit from the housing. If you are exchanging the motor, transfer the fan to the new motor before installing it. To install, follow these steps in the reserve order and check the operation of the blower unit.
