Lexus 87103-33090 Motor Sub-Assy, Blower W/Fan

Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal. The blower unit is located in the passenger compartment above the right front foot well. Remove the glove compartment liner, the glove compartment door, and the right lower dash panel. To remove the blower, take out the blower unit retaining screws and lower the unit from the housing, noting that the blower motor is located under the right end of the instrument panel. If the motor is being replaced, transfer the fan to the new motor prior to installation by using pliers to release and remove the clip, then lift the blower fan off the motor shaft. Installation is the reverse of removal, and it is important to check for proper operation.
